Education Committee

You've come to the right place for all things about the brain! We hope to provide a community for neuroscience at TAMS, whether it's its applications in the computational or biological sciences. We offer a couple of initiatives…

TAMS will be bringing a team to the spring Brain Bee competition, a spelling bee-style neuroscience competition at regional, national, and international levels.

We'd like to forward causes such as autism awareness and working with special needs kids through participation throughout the year. Look out for major volunteer opportunities with It's a Sensory World! and Luv Michael!

We'll be maintaining a weekly newsletter for access to all of the latest club and neuroscience news. We’ll also be helping with student submissions to international neuroscience journals. Finally, look forward to student-hosted panels with the country's leading neuroscience professionals.

Stay tuned for our selective junior leadership opportunities.

Work hard, play hard! Expect to let loose at our fun events. We're also hosting joint events with other TAMS organizations to cover various neuroscience-related topics. So, whether you're a debater, coder, psychologist, or more, there's something for you in TNS!

That's it! We look forward to meeting our fellow brain enthusiasts. Hit that Message button with any questions.
